After gaining valuable experience in numerous McLaren Vale and Clare Valley vineyards, I decided it was an opportunity to develop my own vineyard using the natural farming philosophies I am passionate about. Developing and managing my own property in addition to other Watervale vineyards over the last 4 years is certainly challenging. With vines ranging in age from 4 years to 54 years old, this is a wonderful resource of high quality fruit that express an individuality in their quality and are sustainable in the longer term. By producing wines from these fruit resources allows KT the opportunity to hand craft KT and the Falcon wines literally from the ground up. I take great pride in growing high quality grapes and am honoured to be the custodian of such a beautiful part of the world.
