Farming biologically to encourage soil life, our wine production is based on harnessing the energy of the environment. Sourced considerately for Rose from our estate grown Shiraz and fermented naturally, this wine represents its place of origin and is a hand crafted approach to wine growing. The hand picked fruit was destemmed and crushed and then remained on skins for 10 hours to ensure full flavour and complexity. Naturally fermented, including 25% older French oak, our Shiraz Rose’ shows lifted aromatics of strawberry and cherry spice. Made in the traditional drier style of Rose’, the palate shows layers of flavour with juicy berry freshness and a concentrated mouthfeel. It shows vibrance and flavour and with lingering persistence leaves you wanting more. The 2007 vintage in the Clare Valley has been noted as producing wines full of flavour and this Rose’ is no exception. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, enjoy this Rose’ slightly chilled with mountains of fresh tapas, a smile on your face and surrounded by friends! We thankyou for supporting our project.
