KT and The Falcon is a small wine company sourcing grapes from vineyards in the township of Watervale. These vines are carefully tended and produce grapes of full flavour. With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, this dry Riesling with its richness and power, is released after four years bottle age. The hand picked fruit from our estate grown vineyard is our first release. With fresh citrus spice and juicy acidity, this wine displays all the hallmarks of the Watervale region. The palate is rich with concentrated lime spice and is balanced by underlying toasty bottle aged characters with soft cleansing acidity and lingering persistence. The 2004 vintage in the Clare Valley has been noted as producing wines full of flavour and this Riesling is no exception. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
